Cadalora is the name of the estate's finest plot of Chardonnay. Average production rarely exceeds 3 metric tons per acre.

Fermentation and storage take place in new barrels of French oak. After about 12 months, the wine is bottled and further aged for another 18 months before being released.


Cadalora has scents recalling bread crust and mountain hay. Its taste is dry, moderately acidic, full-bodied and very persistent. It is a wine that can well endure 7-8 years ageing.
